Party for Ones, Tuesday, December 1st – Are you a small business person? Work at home? Work alone? Join us for our Open House from 4 to 6 to celebrate the season and meet other business people in our Souhegan Valley. Members, Guests and the public invited!

Christmas Card Party, Thursday, December 3rd, 7:00 p.m. at the Souhegan Chamber of Commerce Office Calling All Holiday Card Procrastinators and those that just want to get it over with quickly! Come join us to experience a system that can send all of your cards in a matter of minutes. And at a very low cost! Access hundreds and hundreds of holiday cards through your computer with Send Out Cards. Or create your own from photos. Click, click, hit send, you’re done. Send Out Cards does the rest like print them, stuff them, address them, stamp them, and take them to the post office for you. RSVP: Brenda 603-321-6070.

Many of our nonprofits are holding Craft and Bake Sales this Saturday, December 5. Check the list in the Cabinet last week or go online to www.cabinet.com.
One to take note – Alene Candle Sale, Friday, December 4 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday, December 5 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Go to Riverway East Road off Elm Street for this once-a-year sale of highly prized, scented candles found in major department, cosmetic and retail stores. Bring a non-perishable food item for SHARE’s pantry and receive a free candle from a special selection. Proceeds benefit SHARE and the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley.

Milford makes merry on Saturday, December 5 with the Jingle Downtown Holiday Stroll on beginning at 1 pm with music, horse drawn carriage rides, family activities and holiday shopping on the Oval as well as a special appearance by one of the Budweiser Clydesdales. Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale – Milford Rotary Club at Frederick’s Pastries, 109 Route 101A, Amherst. Sales benefit the many community projects of the club. And while there, visit Frederick’s and vote for your favorite Gingerbread House Creation!
